Aerating is not rocket science - it is a labor
intensive mechanical procedure that is done most efficiently by the company

Single Pass Aeration
We, similarly to mowing, push the aerator over your lawn once, removing cores
of soil to reduce soil compaction, allow better root development, and better
air and water penetration. This is commonly done in the spring and the fall.
Single Pass Aeration with Over-seeding
Exact same service as listed above only during this process we, with a
spreader, over-seed the entire aerated portion of the turf. This will help
with stubborn thin and bare areas in the lawn. This does not perform the same
as reseeding the lawn and seed will not grow if not watered properly.
 Double Pass Aeration
Same as a Single Pass Aeration only the machine is pushed over your lawn two
times, thereby removing double the cores of soil or about 20 to 30 cores per
square foot removed. This service is perfect for clay sub-based soils.
Double Pass Aeration with Over-seeding
